The car more than qualifies as in "Good" condition, which according to Kelley Blue Book is worth $5,600. Car was welled cared for and is very clean. The drivers side window needs to be put back on track (the window motor is good). A cylinder needs repaired which the Mercedez Dealership will repair for $350 including labor (I have the quote).
