Don't know were to start.Mr. Black (the cars name) is one of the nicest original rust free garage keep Caddy's you will find. I have never in my 52years seen a car so documented.The detailed records on this car are unbelievable.When the motor was rebuilt at 106,996 miles it was due to minor engine leaks although it really did not need it , I have the receipt's to prove this.The car has only been driven approximately 17,000 miles since then. I even have the receipt for the rims he installed in in 1986. When is the last time you have seen a real set of wire wheels look this good after 26 yrs? The car was bought new at Martin Cadillac in April 4ht of 1968 and has had one one owner. The story goes. On the wife's 21st birthday they went to Las Vegas and won big, well big enougth that they came home and put down $3000.00 on the car and drove it off the showroom floor from Martin Cadillac. How do I know this? Have the original sales contract. After about three years, on one hot summer day while in Mexico visting their friends the husband told his wife, honey I'll be back in about 3 or 4 hrs. When he got back to her surprise the car had new crush valoure interior. Wow she was so mad she didn't speak to him for a week. This is one car I will alway regret selling as I know in my heart that I will never find a nicer orig. car. He now has got new tires as of today,because the old ones had been on there since 1987. The car is not a trailer queen but I have had it at 4 locale car shows and he has brought home a trophy 3 out of 4 times. Please if you have questions ask before the end of the auction.
