Vehicle Detail

1996 Fullsize Ford Bronco XLT 5.8L V8 (351 cu. in.) Automatic with overdrive Basically new tires on all four wheels, with transferable road hazard warranty! A/C blows ice cold CD Player Alloy Wheels 180,000 miles mostly interstate. The ONLY rust on the truck is a small spot where the corner of the bumper has rubbed against the fender in the front. There is zero rust ANYWHERE else on the truck. The rust is surface only and has not pitted the metal or eaten through. About a year ago the truck was taken into the Ford dealership that it was bought new at and completely gone through. The gentleman I bought the truck from spent about $2000 on having everything mechanical looked at or updated. I drive the truck 22 miles one way to work 4 days a week, without a problem. I drove the truck from San Antonio, Texas to Tampa and the only issue we had was a tensioner pulley went bad. We replaced it with a brand new one, and no problems since. The truck has new brakes on the front, the rears are about a year old. When Ford worked on the truck they replaced: wires, plugs, rotor button, distributor cap, timing chain, transmission flushed, power steering flushed and wheel bearings were replaced. The frame, except for some road grime and dirt, is clean enough to eat off of..haha As far as the interior is concerned, there is a crack in the dash pad on the drivers side. Its a replaceable piece, I just haven't had the time to do it. The passenger seat arm rest needs to be remounted. My kids broke the pot-metal arm that attaches it to the seat. I just haven't had the time to jb-weld the piece back on and remount it to the seat. The carpets could use a good cleaning, we have 3 young kids.. bonus though any french fries you find come free with the truck. It has a class 3 hitch on the back, I've towed a lot with it. Including a 12 foot enclosed U-Haul Trailer from San Antonio to Tampa. When towing I turned overdrive off and stayed below 70 as to not work the truck too hard. I probably didn't have to do that, but I love this Bronco and I try to baby it when I can. Rubber around the windows and doors is good. No cracks that I can remember off hand. There are a couple of small scratches and the usual dings (small) that a 15 year old truck will have. Glass is all good, and all of the windows work great. The AC blows cold. The tires are all basically new. I have a warranty from Discount Tire on them and they are covered nationwide. The warranty is transferable. I own it outright, and have a clean title on it. I know everyone says this, but I honestly would not hesitate to jump in this truck and drive it anywhere. The 351 in it runs like champ. If I missed anything, or you have more questions.. please email me. I'll be happy to answer. Great dependable truck, cash offers accepted.
