You are bidding to OWN a 1955 Chevy Bel Air Nomad. As you can see in the pictures, this is A PROJECT CAR. This car has NO MOTOR. Tons of Potential! This car is NOT RUST FREE. This car was painted black & is peeling off. As you can see, the primer showing in the pictures. Right fender is damaged, and will come with an extra OEM fender. All original chrome moldings are intact & in decent shape, except for the upper windshield molding, which is missing. Windshield is cracked, as well as wing window on passenger door. Right rear curved glass is missing, but i installed plexiglass to keep the elements out. Left sliding quarter panel glass is cracked. All interior panels are intact, & it appears that the original upholstery is underneath the "new upholstery" as shown in the pics. Rear cargo area has no rust holes, but does have surface rust & spare tire housing is intact, but the wooden cover needs to be replaced. Tailgate is very decent condition, no rust holes. I believe that this car was originally teal & white, just based on the color of the interior fading through. Tires have worn out & have 3 of the original hubcaps I purchased this in 2002, from a friend, that was sitting in a covered shed in Petaluma, CA for 12 years prior. It has been garaged since i required ownership of this vehicle up until a few months ago & is now on my driveway covered. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
