Vehicle Detail

This is a project car. I just want to get that out there first so everyone knows it isn't a hop in and drive across the state car. It'll take a little work to get it to a daily driver but definitely can be done. The head gaskets need replaced and the trans needs a gasket kit installed. Once those were taken care of, and some fresh tires were put on, it would be a daily driver. The owner before me was an auto electrician and installed a new wire loom throughout the car so all the lights work. His wife was also a notary and worked for the DMV so they checked all the numbers and made sure that they matched up so it could be certified as a numbers matching car. new parts include: water pumpfuel pumpfuel filterthermostataluminum radiatornew pointstop hosetrunk plugsshocks (4)door panelsall needed chrome window trim pieceswindshield wiper arms and bladesunder carpet matcarpetside mirrorbrake cylinders (4)arm restsdouble gauge podheadlinerlock pullsantennae assembly Originally, i got this car in North Carolina. it was the year make and model i always wanted. a little different from the crowd. i wanted it to be a somewhat rat rod version daily driver. but with what i would like to/need to do with it design wise, plus moving over to NC here soon, i can't take it with me and figured with everything there and the numbers matching, it might be worth it to someone to restore it to original. Granted it will take some work but it can be done. The odo says 34924 but i assume thats 134k miles. The floors have been patch welded, meaning the bad spots have been cut out and new metal welded back in. The rocker panels have been welded as well, (see pic). The driver side door window regulator's bottom rail is bent at one point, where if the roller for the window comes too close it comes off the track. The brake cylinders have been replaced. Fan motor works. radio doesn't work. speedo works, fuel gauge doesn't. Brakes work, dash pad is cracked. Rusty on the surface underneath but still seems pretty solid. Was gonna undercoat it and coat the trunk but figured that might be untrustworthy to hide stuff. The trunk only has a couple pin holes and is in decent shape. the glass is all there but the front window has a crack. All the trim pieces should be there for the back glass and front glass. the headliner the previous owner gave me and i just never put it in. The four extra tires and wheels go with it. i have two PMD caps that are on the car. the original seats go with it too if you wanna use the frames but probably just need replaced. All in all she's a good car that just needs the time put in to redo the seals/gaskets and probably an exhaust, and she'd be a good daily driver. She runs and drives as she is, but i would plan on putting it onto a trailer and carrying it home. If i weren't moving i would honestly keep it and piddle with it as i had the time. i've got almost 2.5 times more in it than what i'm asking for it on here because i realize i'm not going to get that back. but it was worth having it as a project. so i've gotta let it go and hopefully pick another one up at some point. Thanks for looking. i tried to get as many pictures on here as i could but just ask and i can try sending pics to cell phones of specific parts. thanks andrew
