Very nice Scout with original 126,000 miles. Engine replaced with a larger (International) 196 cid 4cyl and upgraded transfer case. Engine is in good shape with new carb, fuel pump and exhaust system. Five new tires and shocks. Brake system redone and upgraded to an International dual master cylinder for safety. Replaced the hydraulic clutch with a mechanical clutch, which is much better. The rearend has the factory Powr Lok so both rear tires get traction. Both saddle tanks have been removed and repainted, then installed with new correct rubber filling tubes. All electrical is in perfect condition, turn signals function properly. The wipers and heater work like new. The pickup cab top removes and the windshield fold forward. I spared no expense gathering the best components for this Scout. Feel confident that you can drive this vehicle and no issues to deal with. Recent repaint to protect the Scout from the weather. This Scout is retired and does not go offroad in order to keep it nice. The underside still has the factory paint and no rust.
