1957 Buick Special This is a very special car. This car was used in the Warner Bros. movie Goodfellas. You can actually google this car. The car was originally 2 tone red and white. The studio had the car painted the color you see it here (a little faded now). Everything was painted including dash and doorjams. The car was then sold in 1990 from their auction to a man in Arizona where the car stayed until about 5 years ago. The car has 69,xxx original miles on it. It's numbers matching. Has the first year of the 364 cubic inch Nailhead motor. 250 hp. and 380ft lbs of torque. The original interior was swapped out on the set in trade for some brown leather bench seats including door panels, kick panels, etc. Car is all there except 1 piece of exterior trim on pass side and 1 hubcap. Also missing the "BUICK" letters on the hood. Has all 4 original rims with a spare. This car runs and drives but will need to be restored to be a great car. The motor runs very smooth and shifts just as good. Power windows also work. There was rust in the floors but have since been cut out and new panels welded in. This car is very solid. The windshield has a crack in it along with driver door glass. All other glass is in good shape. The stainless on the car is in great shape! Very straight and clean.
