For Sale. One owner 2002 Honda Insight with 129890 miles. I installed a cruise control shortly after purchasing it. Without the cruise, I found it difficult to maintain constant speed, especially in hilly driving, slowing up going up hills and speeding up going down hills. The cruise made driving the Insight a real pleasure. If you will look at the photograph of the inside of the car, notice the cruise control on the left side of the steering wheel with an identical looking set of controls that change the transmission shifting points on the opposite side of the steering wheel. As you can see by the photographs, the car is in pretty good condition with a few minor dings. I also installed a different radio with CD drive and larger speakers. Why am I selling the Insight? My wife's health is failing and we just don't need four vehicles with one driver in the family. Also, due to her condition, it is difficult for her to get in and out of the car. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs. I will drive to Minneapolis or Des Moines to pick up the driver. Payment by cash only by the person picking up the car. I never thought I'd sell this wonderful car, years ahead of it's time, but the time has come. Questions, please don't hesitate to ask. The "check Engine" light has been for more than 80,000 miles Months after I purchased the insiight the light came on and I took it to the dealer. The service manager said that it needed an oxygen sensor. I checked on the internet and it said that a few 2002 Insights give false "check engine" lights.
