FORD MAVERICK '74 Option: AC Air Conditioning . Untouched Original Classic Family car -- gas saver Economical driver ! ------- 250 6cyl motor. This is a Low mileage classic car for an everyday driver. Has most of its usable life still left at 42K mileage. Car starts, runs & drives nicely. A good looking original Bright Canary Yellow Paint. (or For buyers wanting a restoration project this is a straight 6cyl original car perfect for that.) Interior is in good condition(exceptions are carpet and 2seat bottoms). The ac needs a compressor most likely, radio is the original, there is almost no rust on the car. Body is in nice shape, just minimal surface rust. & there's only little bit rusted through along ledge of hood. No dents, wrecks, or frame damage on car. Bought this for a family car to save money on gas and was going to cover the seats but didnt get around to it. Ended up not needing this car after all. There are nice MAVERICK silver Logo's and such for the car in glove box see pic. The carpet has issues as pic shows. And the seat bottoms only in front. Its hard to look past these things, yet Notice in pics how nice the interior is. The open doors show nice doorpanels, the dash is a complimentary brown tone and I think with only that one crack, the armrests are in good shape and seats look good other than the base in front of course. Headrests and dash area look very nice too please view pictures of the dash. That floor can take away from the good things in picture. I guess you Maverick lovers know how to look at these cars though! About the interior color, wasn'nt sure what to put down since there seems to be 3 colors and some of that is subject to interpretation. Its all comlimenting; dash is a brown, seats you can see are striped and fabric, but head rests are vinyl . Basically vinyl areas are a green and gold tone. The floor pans are solid, with no rust throughs. The underneath is good and solid like the shock towers, floor pans, and frame. -a bit of history on Fords: we do not know which one this car is, perhaps you will.; "Mavericks and Comets came in 2 and 4 door models with sporty models called the Maverick Grabber,Sprint, Stallion,or Comet GT". Certainly the look and shape of this car reminds us somewhat of a Ford Mustang! The yellow is very sporty, it was a major reason we have the car. There are a handful of sm extra parts , and maybe a spare and jack thrown in.
