Truck's engine runs great. The Transmission needs to be re-built their is no reverse. If you only need to go foward this truck is great for you. Their are no other problems with the truck. I just gave it a tune up. I just replaced the muffler and catalytic converter. I live in central New Jersey I would like this to be pick up only I would drive a short way though to drop it off
