This started life as a 72 standard beetle. It has been chopped 3.5 inches through the windshield and b-pillars and approximately 3 inches through the back. An oval window clip was installed, the b-pillars were slanted, the doors have been suicided and a split division sectioned out of a bus has been welded in up front. The fenders, decklid, and hood are 63 vintage. The car has been lowered front and rear. Bodywork is about 75% done. The front and rear aprons will need to be replaced. This bug has the typical rust in the floors, sections of the heater channels, and in the front beam. The beetle does not run and and has no motor. I have templates made for the front and quarter glass but no actual glass, except for the oval window, which is an original Sekurit. This would be a wicked drag car or rat project. A lot of hard work has been done, but still more to go.
