Up for bid is a 2000 Chevy Silverado regular cab shortbed four wheel drive. It has the 4.8 V8 with a 5 speed manual transmission with 4.10 rear end ratio. A pretty rare drivetrain combination especially with a loaded interior with the LS package. The truck runs well but has a transmission issue. The transfer case must have loosened up at the transmission. The resulting damage is that it will need a transfer case and possibly the transmission as well unless you are a capable welder. The tailshaft of the transmission cracked. See close up picture. It DOES NOT DRIVE . The body has a dent on the right rear from the bumper .(SEE PICS ) The interior is in pretty good shape with normal wear and tear of a truck of this age. The left rocker panel has some rust but the passenger side is in good shape. A pretty clean under carriage as well. The rest of the truck is in decent shape. I do not have the fourth aluminum wheel unfortunately . The last of the bad news is the windshield has a crack. This is a worth while project . I have a clean title in hand.
