Trans Am Ad - Ebay 1978 Pontiac Trans AM Fresh Profession Restoration – Arizona Car No Reserve Auction 1978 Trans Am has: - 6.6 Pontiac 400 V-8 (est 400 HP) with and Automatic Transmission. - This car has been recently professionally painted, with the original color (Martinique Blue) o Martinique Blue is a very sought after color and was only available in 1978. - All the seals and weather stripping are new. - Freshly rebuilt 1978 6.6 Pontiac 400 Engine which has an estimated 400 hp. o I have the original 6.6 that will go with the car. - The original TH350 transmission has been professionally rebuilt. - New headers and new stainless dual exhaust system o New correct stainless TA exhaust tips out the back. - I am the third owner and the car was from Arizona. It is very solid. - From my research the car is a numbers matching car. - I have the build sheet and the windows sticker from PMD. - New Boss 18’ wheels with new tires. o I have the original wheels (that need restoration) that will go with the car. - Over $2000 invested in the wheels and tires. - The interior has many new parts including o carpet, o headliner o sill plates o dash pad cover o door panels o seat covers o package tray o panels and more. - I changed the light blue interior to black. This is a very solid car from Arizona, with fresh paint and decals. It has a fresh motor and tranny. It has a great look with the new wheels, tires and new exhaust system.
