Otherwise, the car is in excellent condition inside, outside, and mechanically. The car has received regular maintenance and much care to keep it in excellent condition. The original owner returned this car to Mercedes-Benz as part of an agreement to purchase a new vehicle. Therefore, the car history records a manufacturer "buyback". I reviewed the maintenance and service records prior to purchasing this vehicle and found the car to be worth purchasing. I am the second owner and I haven't experience a single issue with the car since purchasing it. The car has been driven periodically on the weekends by my wife. All electrical and mechanical aspects of the car are perfect, including the power convertible top. The car is very tight and the ride and handling is great.
