I have for sale my 2002 Honda CB900F (919). He is Asphalt, which is Honda's flat black. I bought Max new and have added several items which I will include in this auction. I am only 5' 2", and had a lot of trouble touching the ground when I come to a stop. I installed a new Hagon rear shock to lower the bike 2 inches, which allowed me to stop with the balls of my feet firmly on the ground. This would be a great bike for a shorter rider that wants to travel. Additionally, I installed heated grips, a tail-light modulator, a dual head-light modulator, a 100/80 watt headlight bulb, Givi crash bars, and a centerstand. I will include the magnetic (faded) tank bag, as well as the tailbag (faded) and mounting hardware. I changed the countershaft sprocket to correct Honda's speedometer error. I installed Dunlop Road Smart tires last year, and they have around 1000 miles on them. I used Max mainly to run Iron Butt events, so there isn't many local, short miles. I have been an MSF Instructor for the last 28 years, so Max has had "professional" handling. If you are vertically challenged, if you want a bike to take long, and if you want a great running bike, Max is a clear choice.
