Hello and thanks for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. I personally test drive each vehicle so that I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. My description is my honest opinion of each vehicle based completely on my test drive and physical observation. The information contained within this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic, nor do I service or inspect any vehicle beyond the scope of my test drive. Please ask any and all questions you have about the physical or mechanical condition of this or any car. I will do my best to answer your questions. Personal inspections are also welcomed. An administrative fee of $99 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Today we have a very nice 1996 Dodge Dakota 4x4. This example is presented in a beautifull dark green exterior with gray cloth interior. The body of this truck is in above average condition for the year. As you can see in the photos, the paint on the hood is flaking near the back. There is some very minor rust on the bottom of the drivers door and tail gate. Otherwise, I was not able to find any rust which is unusual for these. The paint shines up well and looks good from any angle. There is a high top Leer cap on back for keeping your cargo dry and secure. The bed looks to be in very good condition. There is also a towing hitch in back. The tires look to be in good condition with average wear. The interior of this Dakota is in great condition. The seats are in above average condition for the year. The carpets and headliner are also in good condition. The climate control appears to be in good working condition. The factory stereo is also in good working condition. This truck appears to have been well taken care of. The original owners manuals are in the glove box in their original booklet. Mechanically, this Dakota appears to be in good condition. The big V6 starts right up and runs smoothly. There appears to be some slight noise in the belt, I believe. Otherwise, there are no issues. I could find no active leaks. During my three hours driving this vehicle, the engine held proper operating temperature and proper oil pressure. This engine makes plenty of power. It drives down the highway very well and will do 70+ without breaking a sweat. There is no pulling or vibration. The steering and suspension both feel tight as they should. The brakes stop the truck well. The automatic transmission engages smoothly and shifts properly. The 4WD system works as it should. Overall, I think this is a solid little truck.
