1999 T-top 408 “Stroker” Transam ($25,000 plus in modifications), You are bidding on a 1999 TA that I have been building now for over 2 years. This car has a lot of money invested into it; however, I just recently had a run in with law enforcement and realized this car has got to go. This 99 TA will dyno down at 496 RWH on motor (no NOS), it has in past. On NOS you’re looking around 621 rwh (150 shot) and 746rwh (with 300 shot). This car is built for running NOS, when originally built all the goodies were considered while building. If you are looking for a fast street car, nice looking TA, or a fast drag car here it is all in one stop. Below is a listing of all the modification that were added to the car and ALL the parts were Brand New before install. Almost all the work was completed by Obsessed Automotive, TSP performed machine work (new motor has about 3,000 miles on it): Listed below are the modifications that are on this 1999 TA: Rear End / Rear parts: Ford 9”, manufactured by Moser, 31 spline, custom made Moser axles, “Detroit Locker” BMR heavy duty sway bar (is an adjustable sway bar) Heavy duty control arms Extreme BMR heavy duty torque arm kit Shocks Rotating assembly: Callies CompStar Crankshaft Callies CompStar Connecting Rods (H-beam) Wiseco forged pistons 4.030” -3cc Flat Top pistons Stainless steel (file fit rings)*these were fitted for NOS applications* Balanced Rotating Assembly Cam assembly: TSP Camshaft, spring Kit and pushrods Texas Speed Magic Stick V.4 LSA 110 PRC .675” lift EHT Spring Kit Block: Cast Iron Block, bored 30 over from a standard 6.0 block, new freeze plugs, baked, additionally machined for stroke Heads: PRC 2.5, 317’s (ported and polished) Fuel System: Racetronix high volume fuel pump (capable up to 63lb injectors) 43lb injectors off fuel rail “Fast” fuel rails and “Fast” lines Intake and Throttle body: Fast 92mm intake Fast 92mm Big Mouth throttle body Air induction: Texas Speed and Performance 100mm Mass Air Sensor Fast Toys Performance (FTP) 104mm Air Lid K&N air filter Note: air holes have been modified for additional ram air under hood, its getting about 4 times the air now. NOS ZEX kit wet shot Fuel/NOS mixing face plate Purge out of front hood Two purple ZEX bottles Dual Bottle bracket Two bottle heaters Nitrous arming switch, purge and heaters switch installed into center arm rest Glow Shift( seven color) NOS pressure gauge in center dash NOTE: The two NOS lines off the face plate to solenoid need replaced, the internal linings got messed up. ($60 dollars) Exhaust: True 3” dual exhaust Stainless Steel heavy tips Long tube headers (ceramic coated) NOTE: **This exhaust was just recently cut off the car because of the brand new 9” rear end and parts placed under car. This exhaust can go back under car; however, it will need modifications for proper alignment. Currently it has the race bullet mufflers hooked directly to the long tube headers. Clutch: Upgraded to ls7 clutch New flywheel Slave cylinder and throw out bearing Transmission: Has been replaced with T56 jasper, basically the same as standard T56. Its been refreshed, shifts good Tires and Rims: Rear Tires: Nitto NT 555, 315/35 ZR17/102W Front Tires: Nitto NT 555, 275/40/ZR17/98W Rims: “American Racing Special Edition” Gauges: NOS gauge hooked up and works Temp gauge, hooked up and works Oil pressure, hooked up, NOTE: needs new sensor ($28 part) Digital Air fuel gauge hooked up, however, the O2 needs to be put back into exhaust once properly placed back under car Stereo: DA-105-Alpine (MP3/WMA/AAC) Four (4) Alpine Speakers Additional Modifications: New paint on entire car within a year The tune was from TSP Short throw shifter Extra set of new hardly been used drag slicks and nice Bogart rims Starter Alternator BMR K-member Edelbrock Tower Mount Sub frame “welded” connecters Drive shaft safety loop Under drive pulley Belt tensioner Interstate battery Front breaks, rotors, calipers Platinum 4 spark plugs, Bosch plug wires Note: Air condition parts are off the car, I have all of them they are just currently taken off. There are certain states that will not inspect this car, unless you were to put the converters back on car and smog system. It wouldn’t take much to get these parts back on the car; however, I don’t have these original parts anymore, buyer would have to purchase. No I am not moving on my price listed, so please don’t insult me by asking. This car is being sold as is with no warranties.
