A battery and a state inspection is needed. The vehicle runs and drives. The overall condition is fair. Please Note: Due to problems experienced in several past auctions, the City of Bedford will reject/cancel/block all bids from bidders with zero feedback. No exceptions. Please do not bid if you have a feedback score of zero. If you chose to bid and you are the winning bidder, the bid shall be rejected and a second chance offer will be made to the next higher bidder with favorable feedback. All bids from bidders with a feedback score of less than 50 shall be closely reviewed and may be cancelled if the feedback comments are not favorable. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. Payment must be in the form of a Money Order, Personal Check or Certified Check. Checks. Money Orders and Certified Checks should be made payable to ""City of Bedford"". If paying by personal check, the auction item may not be picked up until 14 days after recipt of payment. If the vehicle is not picked up within 20 days, a $25.00 storage fee will be charged everyday until removed. The successful bidder must make all arrangements for the loading, packing, boxing, moving and shipping of the item. All items purchased must be removed. Pickups may be scheduled by calling the pickup contact listed in the item description. Auction items will only be released to the winning bidder or his/her agent as designated in writing. The description provided in this invitation to bid is based solely upon general observations. Items listed may need repair or be incomplete. Bidders are invited, encouraged and cautioned to carefully inspect the property offered in the Invitation prior to submitting bids. Failure to inspect property shall not constitute grounds for a claim or for the withdrawal of a bid after the auction's close. The items listed are surplus City equipment and should be assumed to have had substantial use. All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” and come with no warranty or guarantee at all. Vehicles that are purchased must be removed via towing or hauling. Unregistered and uninsured vehicles may not be driven either during a pre-bid inspection or after purchasing.
