1982 Porsche 911 SC Targa Project Rebuildable - 5 Speed manual - 3.0L flat six engine - Low mile survivor car which is rebuildable You are bidding on a 1981 Porsche 911 SC Targa with 80,114 original miles. This is a 3 owner dry western car, the last owner was a woman. Well optioned with factory A/C, power windows, leather seats, cd player, 5 speed transmission and the legendary Porsche 3.0L flat six engine! The car was a regularly maintained/registered and driven low mileage survivor 911 Targa. Unfortunately this car was damaged in a recent collision to the drivers side. right rear quarter panel. Please note the pictures of the car before the accident (all outdoor pictures), and afterwards (inside shop pictures) of the car with the damage to the right rear quarter panel. The original 80,114 mile engine still runs like a top with a smooth idle and great oil pressure, our mechanic has done a compression test and all of the cylinders tested well within 130-140 psi warm. Currently the car isn't drivable so the condition of the transmission is unknown, it shifted well prior to the accident. Everything on the car was working properly prior to the accident! This car has a clear Colorado title but, as a dealer we will most likely have to disclose it's current "salvage" title status. The buyer will have to register the vehicle in his/her state of residence, which may or may not involve some extra steps comparable to the registration of a clean title vehicle. I.e. to legally drive the car you'll most likely have to have the car professionally repaired to be roadworthy with vehicle repair receipts in accordance with your local state vehicle laws, state patrol inspection, insurance, emissions, etc. Colorado buyers must pay 2.9% sales tax, and will receive a bill of sale. All buyers who are planning to pick the car up in person (not by auto transport company) must pay tax.
