This 27 ft. Morgan needs work, she has been sitting for 5 years, and will need a bottom job the paint is at least 8 yrs. old. I moved to California and always thought I would move the boat out here. The way the economy is, that not going to happen. equipment ; sails; 2 mains one is mylar. 150 mylar old but almost never used ,130,100 dacron in fair shape harken traveler 2. 2 speed winches, 4 halyard winches boomvang backstay adjuster lots of dodads the motor has not been started in 8 years. I have owned this boat for 15 years and have loved sailing her, she is a perfect lady, sailing well under main or jib. When she in up and in shape she will sail with a J 24. The boat sails so well I normally sail in and out of the marina, she is located at Chandlers Landing on Lake Ray Hubbard. The boat has no trailer or cradle but the slip is avalable. This boat is being sold as is. there is some soft wood in the floor of the cabin , not structural, ez fix, I can tell you how to do it .ask questions .
