I bought this car from the family that bought it new. This car was bought new in Illinois, the following year the man that bought its brother got it and took it to South Carolinia where I bought it a few years ago(see paperwork in pictures). I bought the car with the intention of converting it to a V8 but after driving it some I couldn't bring myself to do it. The original 6 cyl was rebuilt at 100,000 and the transmission was rebuilt about 6 months before I got it (reciepts in pictures). I rebuilt the brakes, front end, aligned it, put new tires on it and started driving it. It has been a daily driver for the last few years. It rode, drove, and ran great but was hot in the summer so we added a new retro ac system with an automatic electric cooling fan. I bought a used power steering set up for it but with the 6cyl it wasn't that hard to steer so I never installed it. It goes with the car and might be good to have if you can bring yourself to put a V8 in it. It has an excellent body, great paint and interior. The bumpers are original and straight but the chrome on the front isn't that good and the rear is not much better (see pictures). We now have our grandaughter most of the time when our daughter works. We've found that two door cars are hard on grandparents when getting children in and out of the back seat, so we bought a four door vehicle and don't drive the dart that much anymore. I added a picture of one of the Zebart plugs, it has several of them at the front and back of he door jams and fenders.On Feb-13-11 at 13:40:47 PST, seller added the following information: I have several more pictures of under the car and behind the fenders that I didn't have room to post.
