Vehicle Detail

I'm selling my 1995 Mercedes-Benz C280 because it was in a front-end collision. Before the accident the car was in great running and operating shape with all features and accessories in good working order. The car was well-maintained and had only a few very minor cosmetic scratches from use. The car rear-ended another car, and the front end is a little banged up. The pictures show the damage as well as possible, and I will describe it here as well. The bumper and hood both have significant damage, and one of the headlight lenses is broken. The hood latch is bent and will need to be straightened. The fenders are not damaged and are perfectly usable as they are. The engine still runs and the car still drives around the driveway, but it does not run well, and it is not safe to take on the road as it is. It has a check engine light that came at the time of the accident. The interior of the car is still in fine shape, and no airbags were deployed during the accident (it was at very low speed). All electronics are still working and it has a good powerful battery. Things that will definitely need replaced or repaired: -bumper -hood -head light lens(es) -hood latch -oil change (not related to the accident, it is just time) Things that may need replaced: -electric fans on the radiator -the radiator itself (a little antifreeze leaked onto the road, but it was not much, and was not the whole radiator.) Please look carefully at the pictures and thoroughly read this description. This crashed car is being sold as-is for repair, or for parting out. Buyer is responsible for having a trailer that the car will safely fit on, or I can help transport it for a reasonable fee. If you are looking for a car that you can drive home today, this is not the car for you. Feel free to ask any questions that you may have, and I will do my best to answer them thoroughly and honestly. On Feb-17-11 at 12:16:27 PST, seller added the following information: EDIT!!!! A few people have asked me about the mileage, and I realized that I made a typo. The actual mileage is 193,000. The odometer is accurate and original, but I had accidentally entered the wrong amount in the original field. Here are answers to some other questions I've gotten: The body looks streaky because I took the pictures right after washing it, and it is still wet. The actual paint is not peeling or streaking. I have all of the original keys and the original owner's manual. The car has a clear title (not salvage) and a current California registration.
