I have kept the body free of dents and scratches the entire time I've owned it. It's been mostly a weekend car, but with the occasional long road trip here and there. We've been to San Francisco and San Diego on many occasions, to Louisiana and once as far as Florida. I've never run into any major mechanical work, have regularly changed all fluids and have checked into the dealership at every service indicator request. The engine runs strong (it's defintely got some pull) and sounds perfectly healthy in every way. Nothing leaks, the air conditioning is ice cold, and the carpeting and upholstery are almost like new. Everything works perfectly (with some effort on my part) including the all-too-commonly flawed items such as the spring loaded ash tray cover, both functions of the sunroof, a correct brake light circuitry and the OBC display unit complete with all 7 (and all 21 hidden) functions. Neither headlight has ever been stuck up or down, and all bulbs are in working order, inside and out. It turns heads everywhere it goes (especially outside the city), even to the point where people take their own pictures in front of it. You'll be quite impressed with its condition when you see it. I've kept it clean, exercised it regularly, and just a month ago replaced both batteries, but I've not been driving it as much as I used to. As weekends and leisure time become increasingly hard to find at my age, I figure it's time to pass this car on to someone who will wash, wax, detail, drive, care for and enjoy it in every way possible.
