Vehicle Detail

Hello and thanks for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Buying your next vehicle through one of my NO RESERVE auctions could save you thousands over retail by cutting out the expense of the fancy lot, salesmens commission and all the other stuff you end up paying for. I personally test drive each vehicle so that I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. My description is my honest opinion of each vehicle based on my test drive. The information contained within this description is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and ability but cannot be guaranteed as I am not a mechanic. Potential buyers are welcomed and encouraged to ask any questions or request a time to come see any vehicle in person. Please do not ask me if I have a "buy it now". In the interest of fairness, I do not end auctions early. An administrative fee of $99 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a very well equipped 1999 Pontiac Montana van. It shows very well, as you can see from the photos. The deep red finish has a mile deep shine and looks like glass. The body is in good condition and shows no noticable scratches or dents. I could find NO RUST on this van. This van has a good PA inspection through 8/2011 and has a matching set of Michellin tires with good tread all around. This example is the long wheelbase edition which allows extra room in the interior. The alloy wheels and the two tone exterior give this van a very aggressive look. The interior is in great condition, too. The tan cloth interior shows well and there are no rips or holes that I could find in any of the seats. The carpets and headliner are also in very good condition. This van has a grocery list of features that include power windows, locks, drivers seat and self closing right side sliding door. The rear vent windows are also power operated from the front. The sound system is the factory AM/FM Cassette/CD with steering wheel controls and sounds great. There are separate audio controls for each of the rear rows. This Pontiac is equipped with the MontanaVision entertainment system which gives a front mounted factory VHS player with factory fold down TV screen for the rear passengers. Additionally, there is a DVD player ( I don't believe the DVD is factory) located up front below the VCP. I don't know how to work any of the TV stuff but the monitor does power up when you lower it. This is a very nice van with lots of room and lots of features. Mechanically, this van appears to be in good condition. The 3.4L engine fires right up and runs quietly and smoothly. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts like it should. I found service records for this van dating back to 2005 including the installation of a remanufactured transmission in 2009. During my test drive, this van drive very well. The suspension and steering are both nice and tight. The brakes stop the van well and without vibration or squeeling. The alignment feels good and the tires show even wear. I have observed no warning lights on except and airbag light. The engine held normal operating temperature during all of the 3 hours I had it running. Looking on the ground under the car, I couldn't find any evidence of any leaks. This looks like a nice, strait van. I've sold several of these and they all seem to run well and last a long time. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
