Hi. You are looking at an all original 1962 Buick Skylark / Special 4 door.This Buick is 100 % original , and complete.This has an aluminum 215 C.I. V8 engine but is currently not running and is apart. The passenger front cylinder sucked a valve and destroyed the piston , and the cylinder head. The steel cylinder wall sleeve also has a crack. The block and crank seem to have survived .I have a local connection for a complete running engine if interested.This car is straight , but does have some rust and rot issues.The front floors are rusty , but not rotted through.The front and back of trunk is rotted ,The rear valence panel is rotted.The right side windshield / a pillar is rotted as is the bottom of the windshield.The right side , and left side inner fenders are rotted.Both quarter panels have some rot . The doors have a little rot on the bottoms. Both the front and rear bumpers are both rotted. The passenger front vent window is broken. The windshield is cracked.The rest of the glass is in good condition , and all windows go up and down , and the vent windows open and close.The interior is not bad . The steering wheel has a crack ,the rear package tray has a rip.The top of the back seat is ripped.The head liner has one rip above the rear seat.The front seat has one rip and is dirty. The carpet is shot.All 4 door panels are in nice shape, but are dirty and moldy and will need a good cleaning.This car has 13'' rims with 4 lugs. The tires are large white walled bias ply , and look like the originals . I was told the spare is original. The bumper jack and spare tire mount are all here, and in good condition.The trunk is in good shape. All 4 original hub caps are here and in good shape as well.Its got 73 K miles on it.This old Buick would make a good restoration project ,or i hate to say it , but a great parts car.
