1964 Le Mans /GTO 2 Door Post-- Car is same body style as 64 GTO-- different hood (no Scoops) Shark gills on rear 1/4 panels, it also is a 2 door post, the GTO did not have the post between the front and rear side windows. The motor is the original Pontiac 215 straight six, I have split the exhaust and intake manifold via "Clifford Research", headers of coarse.The car came with a 3-speed on the floor, I put a 4 speed trans, and a Hurst Shifter, high performance coil and spark plug wires. I had the seats recovered as well as the headliner replaced. I also added the Wheels and Tires.I have replaced all the Le Mans body emblems with GTO emblems, however I still have all the original Le Mans stuff in the trunk, such as, Hubcaps, Radio,Fender mount Mirror & Le Mans emblems.As far as I know, the car has been a Colorado car since it's mfg r, I bought the car in 1981, it was a driver and have had it in Oregon, California and back in Colorado, I trailered it to all of it's locations.I have not done any body work to the car other than paint the two front fenders white too match the rest of the car, when I purchased the car in 1981 it had one gold and one sea green front fender, it has minimal rust for a car of it's age. (47 years old)The car has been garaged most of its life with me.Mechanically, the car has been sitting for 3 years, it needs a battery, new fuel, points,condenser, and it will drive away.The car survived my first marriage, but will not survive my second... MUST SELL !
