This is a beautiful running and looking Volvo. It only has 57k miles leather interior, wood accents on doors panels, dash, almost new Michelin tires all around, fully powered, moon roof, ABS, disc brakes, Driver and Passenger airbags as well as side curtains. Very reliable car! IT HAS A RECONSTRUCTED PA TITLE ( 68001616302 EL ) PERFECT FOR PA RESIDENTS. Because it passed PA DMV Inspection and received a Reconstructed Title which means its ready, insure and register and drive :) For all others like me, depending on state, will have to re-apply for an DMV Inspection in their State and PAY their State $Fee ( NY$200.00) for another inspection. ( That's a racket if I was ask. Your drivers license and it's information follows you from state to state, so why can't the Vehicle Title be the same ?$ ) NO RESERVE. It's a great running car and for the price and great repair, it's like buying a new car at a fraction of the cost. Good luck.
