I love my CRX- I bought this car new at Mahwah Honda in 1991, but I finally bought a new Honda after all these years and can't keep 2 cars on the street ( I live in Brooklyn, NY). I ALWAYS used synthetic oil - 220,780 miles -ORIGINAL ENGINE. The car just passed NYS inspection in November and runs great, although since moving to the city it has a lot of dings and rust in places.The car has been maintained mostly at Honda Medic and Formula H. The body is in fair/poor condition and the seats are torn, the radio was stolen and they left damage in the console. The glove compartment doesn't work. The AC does not work.1 rear brake light cover is from a Civic.I realize the body looks way worse than the other CRX's listed, but I always maintained the engine and I have all maintenance records. One accident.In 2008 I spent $2,079.00 at Formula H replacing timing belt, water pump,alternator belt , T belt tensioner. Plus I had a 30,000 mi service.Also, main relay replaced, new O ring, new caliper, replaced rear drums, shoes, and replaced engine mount. and a few other things. I have these records.After this, I impulsively bought a new Honda Fit because , as much as I love my CRX, I realized that as a 56 yr old woman with no mechanical ability...I need something more reliable than a 1991 car. Out of love, I held on to this car until now and only put 1000 miles on it in since that last work-up. Now it's time to let go...This car had mainly highway miles because I mostly lived upstate. I considered donating it to charity, but only a CRX lover would appreciate it.If you have any questions call me at 718-928-4679.Vehicle sold as is. Also the bottom of the door is rusted. I will add more photos after I dig the car out from our recent storm. Also the front bumper has surface scratches from NYC parking and the driver side part of the bumper is slightly loose (nothing serious), probably from an SUV parallel parking in front of me.In addition, the drivers seat belt doesn't click into place.There was a Honda recall on this problem, but I never dealt with it because I hardly used the car in the past few years.
