1997 Plymouth Voyager Van in Fair to Poor condition. This vehicle has some rust and minor surface blemishes. It does run but the air conditioning does not work. The tires are in good condition with 75% tread left. It does not have Cruise or power windows however it does have power locks. PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING! Please read ALL of the following information prior to placing a bid. ALL SALES ARE FINAL Shipping is NOT available. Pickup of equipment must be made by the buyer, no 3rd party pickups are allowed. Bidders with excessive negative feed back or who do not adhere to eBay rules will NOT be allowed to participate in this auction. Equipment is offered in AS IS – Where “Is” condition with no warranty expressed or implied. Defects, if known are listed; however there may be defects which are not apparent at the time the item is listed. Therefore potential bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect the item prior to bidding. The winning bidder agrees to purchase and remove all equipment listed. Buyers will not be permitted to “pick and choose” the items they want thereby leaving any unwanted equipment at the pickup site. This is an “all or nothing” bid. The seller will not ship items – The buyer is responsible for picking up all purchased equipment from the New York location stated within the auction. Directions to the pickup location will be provided to the winning bidder. It will be the responsibility of the buyer to load, remove and transport the equipment from the Corning location. Removal of purchased items should be completed within 10 days of the winning auction. If the item is not paid for and picked up within 10 days after the notice of award, the property will revert back to the seller’s ownership and the item will be relisted on eBay. Appointments for inspection must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and must be between the hours of 8:00 AM and 2:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No appointments will be made during the weekend. Appointments may be made by contacting us through the eBay messaging system. The item is located/stored near Corning, New York 14830 Questions regarding this item/lot may be forwarded to the eBay Seller’s account. We will respond as quickly as possible. Questions asked during the weekend will receive a response the following Monday morning.
