1956 Rare Classic VW Beetle Original Ragtop-Stock-California Blue Plates Matching Numbers-The Ultimate of all Beetles is a 1956 Ragtop-Oval Window This is a rare find from an elderly gentleman's garage in California. The Classic belonged to a couple that purchased it from their own family in 2004. It has always been stored inside in Sunny California, and only driven on weekends. The true incredible mileage is 36,389, and the Beetle has been kept stock. The only conversion was to 12 Volts. The engine was recently gone through and runs well. The interior of the car is totally redone. The headliner has a Goldie Handle and is beautiful. The top opens like it was day one. The carpeting is great. The seats, top, and door panels were redone with German Materials. It has the reserve gas lever. The car comes with a stereo and speakers. The classic has small little dings, scratches and minor tiny chips from being in his garage. No Accidents. The Chrome is great. The pans are rust free. It is a Two Tone Creme Color with Brown Metallic fenders. This is a beautiful Ragtop that can be a daily driver. Great Reserve! I have sold many classics with 100% Feedback since 1999. The Seats have the Original Horse Hair-Hair Stuffing The Shifter Coupler was just replaced for the linkage to make it tighter. I just purchased a new 12 volt battery today to finish off the car.
