Hello and thank you for looking at my auction. My name is Joe and I am a licensed wholesaler offering traded in and off lease vehicles directly to the public. Buying your next car through one of my NO RESERVE auction could save you thousands over retail by cutting out the cost of the fancy lot, salesmens commission and all the other bull you end up paying for. I personally test drive each vehicle so that I can tell you first hand how it looks, runs and drives. My descriptions are my honest opinion of each vehicle. Up for a NO RESERVE auction today is a 1997 Chevrolet Lumina LS sedan. It is finished in white over a very nice grey cloth interior. The body of this car looks nice for a 97. It has the optional alloy wheels which give it a nicer look. I would rate its condition as average. There is a spot on the hood and one on the trunk where the paint has come off. Additionally, there are a few small spots where you can see some rust which is normal for these cars. Overall it's a good looking car with no major dents or scrapes. All the glass is in tact and everything opens and closes as it should. Earlier today a water line broke in another section of the building I store my cars in so I couldn't wash any cars today. It should clean up very nicely but I couldn't wash it. How you see it is how it was traded+snow+ a 60 mile drive to my facility. The interior of this Lumina is in above average condition. The LS model comes with the deluxe cloth interior which is softer and more comfortable than the base model. The seats, carpets and headliner are all in excellent contidion and show no rips, stains or wear. The factory stereo sounds good and the climate control works properly. All the windows, locks and mirrors work as they should, too. The trunk is absolutely huge and every bit as clean as the rest of the car. Mechanically, this car is in great running order. The 3.1L engine starts right up and idles smoothly. There are no leaks or smoke that I could see. The suspension, steering and brakes are all very tight and operate properly. The transmission engages smoothly and shifts just as it should. Driving this car down the highway is a dream. I was a little scared to push an older car but before I knew it I was blasting down the highway at close to 90 mph. Even at those speeds, it drives very smoothly. There is a very slight pull to the right in the steering. I would recommend having the alignment checked. I did notice one of the front tires was a little low. I didn't get to drive it again after putting the proper amount of air in the tire so maybe that's all it was. There are no warning lights on and the engine keeps a nive, cool operating temperature under all conditions. It has a good PA inspection that expires in Sept./2011. With just over 100k on the clock, this car has tens of thousands of miles left in it. After driving it myself, I would hop in it and drive anywhere without a second thought. This car is great, reliable transportation that is a pleasure to drive. Thanks for looking and good luck bidding!
