1953 MG TD Vin#TD21372 Engine#XPAGTD2 21699 Up for auction 1953 MG TD. This car was in a movie collection since a full restoration and stored in an air conditioned warehouse since then. This MG has very low original mileage, and has hardly been driven since the restoration. The frame off restoration was completed about 10 years ago, and at that time was fitted with a perfect leather interior. This interior matches the still beautiful maroone and gray exterior. Also this car has just had new main seals, oil pan seals, cooling gone thru and brakes also done. Mechanical work completed in the last 6 months. This car is in beautiful condition. A small chip on the hood and right front fender. The convertable top is worn but original. The doors on the car fit better than any other TD I have ever seen. (very rare for these cars) . Also included a good original toneau cover , and a factory chrome luggage rack. This MG is probably the nicest you will see and is not a reporduction. This is a real MG TD.
