This is a 1957 chevy truck that I have owned for about 7 years, The truck was built to be a nice driver, not a show truck. The truck sets on a 1967 frame, its been c-notched 4 inches, has a 12 bolt with 4:56 gears and a spool. has a chassie enginering track bar, and adjustable antiroll bar. the front end has been completely rebuilt also using 2.5 inch drop spindales and a 1 inch drop spring. Has tubular upper controll arms and stock lowers. Has drilled and slotted rotors, every break line has been replaced, has QA1 12 position adj shocks on the front and QA1 street rod shocks on the rear with 200# springs. The wood in the bed is a year old, it uses a 20 gal fuel cell with -12 line to a aeromotive A1000 pump and filter that feeds -10 line to a aeromotive regulator with a -8 return line to the cell. The truck has a 377 SBC that was built and installed on 10/16/10 it has about 20 min break in and drove around the block once. It has dart 200 heads, lunati 290/555 solid street roller, comp push rods, eagle crank/rods, weiand 2x4 intake with 2-390 holly carbs, harland sharp roller rockers, sheet metal valve covers with a crank case vent built in using AN fittings. MSD 6al with blaster coil. Hooker comp headers with 3inch mandrel pipe. The tranny in a 700r4 built by BTE racing using a TCI constant pressure valvebody, 10 inch NOS convertor that they custom built for me, All the chrome on the front of the truck is from brothers except the grill, I plan on replacing it if it dont sell, its not as high of quality as the rest of the chrome on the truck. The tail lights are 39 ford LEDs. The hood is steel, has a 4 inch cowl I built. The tailgate opens sideways instead of laying down. The paint on the truck is a single stage satin black, the orange is house of color. The interior has brothers glove box delete and gage cluster with chrome bezel. Has a ididit chrome tilt wheel, the wiring is all new, its from its a snap. everything works but the horn. the seat is original from a 55 its not faded as it might look in the pic, also has new 5 way seat belts.It has a set of custon wheels from wheel vintiqes, 18 x 5 on the front and 15 x 8 on the rear with MT drag radials on the rear. This is a great truck that I have nearly 30K invested. I decided its time for a change. I also have a single plane intake (motown) and 750 quick fuel carb that can be sold with the truck for 500.00 more to the winner of the truck or if you "buy it now" it will be added for no extra charge.
