This 1968 Camaro was found in a barn and set inside for a long time. The convertible is unique for one reason and the reason is it does not have any rust in the trunk like most convertibles of this age will have. This car would be a great car to restore because remember when the top goes down the price goes up. This Camaro was an originally 6 cylinder with the automatic on the column shift. The car shows in the 60K miles range and probably is the actual miles on the car. There doesn’t seem to be any play in the steering. There is a little rust on one of the rear quarters as you can see in the pictures. It looks like the front fenders, hood, driver’s door and trunk came from another car which there is rust on these two front fenders but probably not original to this car. I believe the interior is the original interior and is in pretty good shape, but there is black tape on the top side of the back seat. The glass seems to be good but the back windows do not roll up and down. The convertible top is going to have to be replaced and the bows seem to be in good shape. It is an electric top so therefore I cannot get the top in the up position without doing some damage. There isn’t an engine or transmission. What you see in the pictures is what you will get.
