Quiet healthy engine, good clutch with no transmission problems. Brakes are good too and it has decent tires all around. The only thing the car would need to make it perfect is a new muffler it has a hole so it makes a little noise. Exterior: * Original white paint no accidents beside small dent on the rear passenger side nothing major. Has zero rust and couple scratches on the rear bumper. Interior: * The interior is in decent shape nothing broken or missing. All options work with out problems Sun visor cloth has a tear on it. This civic is from Rhode island. and any vehicle of 10 years and older Rhode Island doesn’t issue a title what they give you is a registration certificate. Witch you would used just like the title to register in any other state beside Rhode Island. I have printed from CT and NY DMV website that you can register it with out any problems as long you have the registration certificate and bill of sale witch I have. You can call your local DMV to verified this if you would like. If you are going to call make sure you tell them the car is from out of state and after 10 years old Rhode Island doesn’t required a actual title.
