1957 Chevrolet Bel Air Sedan- 4 Door The sedan is in real good condition for the age. Body: The body is very solid and straight. Frame is very solid. Quarters are very solid. Trunk is very solid. The floor rear floor need light patch work. All the doors close correctly and do not sag. The car rolls smoothly. The hood is very solid with no rust holes. Interior: The seats have new seat covers both front and back. The Steering wheel was changed to allow for a more comfortable driving experience. I do however have the original steering wheel. The headliner, sun visors are all present. No radio. The driver door and both rear doors have the door trims panels. They will need to be redone. The passenger front door is missing the door trim panel. The sedan is equipped with all of the windows knobs and door handles. The dash board is in good shape. Exterior Trim: I have majority of the exterior trim. You will need to purchase the fender and door trim. Missing windshield wipers. Engine Compartment: Radiator is still intact. Engine compartment just needs to be painted. Currently the original motor and transmission is out of the vehicle. Glass: Good and in working order. Chrome Bumpers: The bumpers are in good shape. Very light rust on the front bumper as you can see in the pictures. Will clean up good. MOTOR & TRANS: The motor is a 350 and the trans is a 350. I have added youtube video of me turning the motor with a socket and wrench. The motor comes with chrome accessories (e.g., altenator, water pump, etc) as pictured. Will probably need to freshen the motor up before installing. Please note the auction price is FOR THE 1957 CAR ONLY.
