Vehicle Detail
Up for sale is an all original 67 Dodge Coronet 500 2-DR hardtop - Original numbers matching 383 4BBL engine- factory AC- Factory power brakes- Factory power steering- Automatic transmission with console.- Bucket seats- positraction rear end 8 3/4 3.23 -factory dual exhaust This is a completely factory original car...very hard to find with all of these options. It needs restoration, but it is unmolested and totally complete. The car is solid with all glass and virtually all trim except some missing on the passenger door. The body is solid, solid frame rails..the only rust is what you can see in the usual places, such as front footwells and lower rear quarters. The front bumper is bent and there is an easily repairable dent in the driver's side fender. It has all body tags/fender tags in place and includes the original certicard. The car is not currently running - but probably wouldn't take much to make it so. It needs radiator repair, new points, and a new gas tank for starters. The car has some rustoleum paint in spots, which makes it look a little worse than it is. Its actually a very solid body car. This car is part of a larger collection that is being liquidated due to financial difficulty. These cars are rare collectibles purchased by a discriminating buyer that had scheduled them for restoration. Unfortunately they must now be sold. Our loss is your gain. Pictures are included which show virtually every part of the car. If you are familiar with these cars then you know that a big block 500 is extremely rare these days...finding one with a factory 4BBL even more so, and one with factory AC/PS/PB downright impossible. This car was special ordered from the factory by an enthusiast..and it shows. This car has GREAT potential for any restorer...it would easily be worth 2-3 times more than what it would cost restore. I have described this car to the best of my ability. Please ask questions. The car will be sold "as is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Shipping is the sole responsibility of the buyer but the seller will assist as much as possible. In this state (Georgia) as in most states, a title is not required for cars of this vintage. The vehicle will be sold with a bill of sale only. The mileage on the car may have rolled over and will be sold as "mileage exceeds mechanical limits".
