This car has been stored in doors for the last 10 years but has been outside under a cover for the past year. Car does not have motor or transmission. Overall the car has a pretty solid floor board and body panels. There is rust in areas that these cars are notorious for. Car also has all original glass. Car has clear title. This car has been stored in doors for the last 10 years but has been outside under a cover for the past year. Car does not have motor or transmission so there's no way to match any numbers. This car has all original glass and pretty solid floor. The car does have front disc brakes, 12 bolt rearend, boxed trailing arms. The VIN number is #136379G333135 and the body badge is ST 69 13537 which is off by one digit. After doing much research I found that Fisher Body would sometimes make engine code mistakes because they only cared about getting the body style and color correct. It doesn't look like neither one has been tampered with. To the best of my knowledge this was a true 1969 Chevelle SS 396. You can see this from the photos taken of the inside of the trunk. These photos are with the additional photos I added on photobucket which can be reached by the link below. The potential buyer stated that this may be indicative of where Malibu emblems once were. I do not know this for sure because as you see the car now is how I obtained it.
