Vehicle Detail
1990 convertible in great shape.. I bought this last month and drove it to Dallas from Indiana!!! I had a blow out on the interstate and put two brand new directional tires on the back. The front tires are a different brand, but are also directional and have almost 100% tread as well. The backs are goodyears, not quite sure of the name, I paid 380 for the two. I also put a new alternator on it, the gauge was moving a bit and when I had it checked out at the auto parts store they said it was going bad. Again, I drove this car from Indiana to Dallas with no problems. I have been driving it about 200 miles a week since I got back to Texas and never had any issues. This car shifts great, sounds great and is very fast. I wouldn't recommend this to new driver.. I have another mustang and was going to store this until my daughter turns 16, but I found a Harley I want to get. Don't worry though, I have another smoking fast mustang she will get when shes 16!!! This vehicle has aftermarket headlights and tailights that you can see in the pics, it also has a hurst shifter. The guy I got it off of says it has a flowmaster exaust system, I don't know for sure though. It sounds amazing when Im moving through the gears. It also sounds like it has had some work done to the motor. I can't be to sure about this though. It also comes with a cd player. The cd player has stopped working, I think I broke some pins to the detachable face. Whoever had it prior to the guy I got it from, put a fading paint job on it. I was told he wanted to put flames on it. It looks awesome don't get me wrong, I just don't like faded paint jobs and flames, etc, etc on cars. Clutch is very strong, nice and tight steering as well. The car can be driven as a daily driver, I trust it 100% anywhere or can be repainted and with a small amount of money can be a show car. This is a super nice mustang in great shape.. It does need some work in some places. The paint is the biggest, I would def get it painted if I were going to keep it. It still looks hot though. The convertible top works great, the cover looks like it may have been replaced in the last couple years. The drivers side door is the biggest pain, the bushing on the door post needs to be adjusted. It is a common ordeal with this style of mustang. Sometimes it is stubbourn to shut on the first try. The passenger side door handle needs to be talked to and worked a certain way, there is a very small tear in the drivers seat and I think the passenger seat. The horn doesnt work, and I don't have the cover that goes with the car when the tops down. There is also a little, barely noticable dent on the front near the passenger side light. Also I think there is another hardly noticable dent on the passenger rear quarter somewhere. The speedometer doesn't work, the mileage says 106,500!!! Please please ask all the questions you can about this car before you bid. I value my feedback! Also what I think may be great, you may think is just average.. Point is, please come and look at this car.. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it mechanically and it runs super. I don't want to get negative feedback because I didn't mention/didn't think about something. I am in no way shape or form a mechanic!!! Title is free and clear and is in my hand.. The car is located in Arlington, Texas 76017. It will be available all day the 15th to be looked at. Please make arrangements with me if you want to see it/test drive it.. No tire kickers, or lowballers, the price of the final bid is the price I expect. A 250.00 deposit as soon as the auction is over!!!! The only way around the deposit is if you intend to pick it up the same day the auction ends or Thrusday the 16th. If you can't get it Thursday the 16th or on Friday the 17th (before noon) you will have to wait until the 22nd or 23rd to pick it up. I have a job and it's a distance aways from arlington. I can't be flexible with these dates, I also will relist the car if the above terms aren't met. I have more pics, I can't upload anymore than 6 for some reason. I think E-bay is going downhill or something.. The car will not be driven after the close of the auction!!! The depost terms are a must regardless of your feedback score!!! I also have several people who are trying to get the funds to purchase it locally, if one of them can get the money I reserve the right to end the auction early!!! I'm starting the reserve out at .01!! Good luck and happy bidding!!!
