2003 E-350 Ford 7.3 Power Stroke Diesel Extended Cargo Van 2003 was the last year for this engine. 500,000 miles is not uncommon. I changed the oil every 5,000. I bought this van about 3 1/2 years ago with 495,000 miles on it. It was used for small package interstate delivery. It was in a fleet maintenance program where it got regular maintenance and repair. I used it to run after parts locally and made several out of state trips. It has always started in the winter without the block heater. Runs, drives, and shifts fine, but not quite the power as a new one. Tires are off another unit and are worn uneven and get a lot of road noise. Left rear door latch doesn't work as the cable won't stay in the handle. I used pliers to open. It has AM/FM, electric towing mirrors, delay wipers, tilt, cruise, AC, power windows & locks, and new windshield. It gets about 17 mpg the last time I checked. Everything works other than a few dash lights. This has been a great work van. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. See pictures for body condition.
