This is a 1973 BMW 2002 (non-Tii) shell for restoration. Completely stripped of all parts except suspension. Front hood on the car is very good. Comes with one spare hood (Inka) in excellent shape with no rust and just a couple of small dents on top. Rear trunk lid has some minor rust along the trailing edge (typical). There are two sets of excellent doors. Front clip needs some work which I would call minor in nature. There is one extra front clip in good condition. The left shock tower has some rust. Rocker panels are good. Some minor rust around the pedal box area. Spare tire well was removed by the previous owner due to rust. Front fenders are in excellent condition with no rust. This shell comes with many good body panels salvaged from other 02s I have parted out over the years. Most of them are shown in the photos. Some panels and pieces may be surplus and the buyer can decide what he/she wants to take or leave with me. There are enough of these body panels and pieces to restore the car with. The only exception might be around the pedal box and a little hand fabrication may be needed. Overall, the car is solid and has no accident damage. I have the title for the car. If the successful bidder wants to take any or all of just the front hood(s), door(s), rear trunk lid, front fenders and/or the other body panels/pieces and leave the shell, that is okay. In that case, I will send the remaining shell or other panels/pieces to the recycler. Buyer to remove what he/she is taking within 1 week of auction close. I will not separate out or remove any parts or sections for separate sale or for shipping. Buyer is responsible for arranging all transportation. Payment by Paypal or cash on pickup.
