'55 DODGE Custom Royal with the original Super Red Ram motor.This is a very nice example with only 99783 original miles The paint is a Sky Blue and Blue with Sky blue and Dark Blue interior, this is the original paint The interior is in exceptional condition, as well as the headliner. No rips or tears. Amazingly preserved and unrestored . Carpet is new factory looped cut pile. The stamped aluminum finish on the door panels are striking and attractive. The windshield ,side glass are correct and clean. The dash is very handsome and polished .Everything works except the clock. The original AM radio has not been removed. The cigarette lighter is even in place. Heat blows hot, defrost controls and fresh air diverters are as they were from the factory. The Super Red Ram Hemi motor ,stamped on the valve covers and painted red letters, is the original 207 cu in motor with two barrel carburator from the factory. Original transmission was rebuilt two years ago and its' advisement for correct specifications by the gentleman who first designed it for Chrysler in 1955. A new correct Dodge master cylinder and oil charge with cartridge where just completed. A complete Dodge SHOP MANUAL is included with the purchase..The Super Red Ram engine section is over 84 pages .The original style owners manual is also included. The body and paint are in exceptional condition. Body trim are clean and straight. Bumpers are shiny and in good condition. This two year body style is testament that Chrysler was a fantastic automobile company. This car starts quietly on command and stops on a dime .
