NOTICE is hereby given that by virtue of Request & Order to Seize Property issued by the 2nd District Court, in the County of Lenawee, State of Michigan, against Judgment Debtor(s): Hal Wright and in favor of the Judgment Creditor(s): American Express Centurion Bank Case Number: 09-4782-GCS, the following described goods and chattel of aforesaid defendants have been seized and the property is being sold via auction on www.ebay.com, Vehicle does run, exterior is in fair condition (see pictures).
