Vehicle Detail

This is a 1989 LTD Crown Victoria Police Interceptor. It has 95K original miles. It has the 351 police only motor and factory dual exhaust. This car is in excellent shape. This is a 1 owner car that came straight from small county in North Carolina. It had a southern, salt free life. Because it is an unmarked car, it has a full 50/50 split bench seat with power drivers side, carpet and there are no interior panels that have been altered for equipment. This car does NOT have the typical cracked up dash pad. This car was NOT a patrol cruiser so it did not have a cage mounted in it. The outside has NO roof holes or trunk holes for antennas or light bars. There is one small antenna hole on the right side upper quarter panel that has been capped and it is hardly noticable. There is no rust on this car and the under carriage is extremely clean. This car is a completely original car. Everything as it was when new. It has all the factory equipment, drive line, radio, etc. It is completely virgin. This car has been serviced recently. The oil and transmission fluid/filters has been changed. It has a full tune up with plugs, wires, cap and rotor. The valve cover gaskets have been replaced (common problem). It has brand new front brakes. Everything seems to be working properly, even the air conditioning! The tires have decent tread. The only negative I can see with this car is the paint. It DOES have a pealing clear coat and does have some hair line cracking. It is the original paint from down south and you will have that! I would take that before rust any day!!! Keep in mind it is a 22 year old police car. I don't think you will see it in the Smithsonian put in my opinion it is in excellent condition. I think it is one of the cleanest old Crown Vic police car you will ever find.
