Vehicle Detail

1989 turbo trans am tta Guys I have decided to sell #861. I have only had it a couple of months and enjoy it very much, I was going to paint it and fix the driver’s seat and have a $15-20,000 car, I would do this car in a minute but just found out I’m having another baby, so the toys got to go. To start out this car has been outside in the elements its whole life. The paint is cracked almost on the entire car, and needs a paint job. There are a few small dings and a few small nickel size rust spots (Spots are still very solid and will go away when the paint is sanded for a paint job). The car has 35,xxx on it and the car fax is perfect as well although I believe this car has had front end damage at some point in time in its life (Drives Perfect) because paint on hood and fenders is not dry or cracked . The interior is what can be expected for a 21 year old car, carpet is dirty, driver seat has a rip side bolster, pass and rear seats are good with minor fading on top, dash is good, power everything works, but it is missing the stock radio. When I got the car the previous owner had just repaired a blown head gaskets and a very bad no start problem. he had the motor out of the car and replaceed head, intake, timing cover and oil pan gasket. I have also replaced rear main seal and crank seal, as well as the timing chain. Everything in the motor looked to be in great shape and very clean. The trans is a BRF out of a 87 GN from what I have been told and has been rebuilt with some good parts and clutches (info from a prior owner). It shifts very good and fluid is nice and red. I have replaced and upgraded a few items on the car like the fuel regulator, water neck, 160 thermostat, 65lbs injectors(that’s why the car would not start), commander chip, all gaskets, radiator and fuel pump. I think this car runs very good for what it is and the previous owner put about 2000 miles on it since i have owned it and it is a blast to drive, but needs some work to get it back in shape. I was going to paint it and fix the driver’s seat and have a $20,000, I would do this car in a minute but just found out I’m having another baby so the toys got to go. rims have clear coat flaking. tires are newer.
