1957 Ford Thunderbird Roadster Convertible Offered for auction is a solid, Low Mileage survivor example of the pinnacle year of the personal T-Bird. This classic roadster has Only 58,600 original miles! The 57 T-Bird wrote the book on classic roadster and, now this one can be yours. It is equipped with the 312 V8 engine, steering, power brakes, black and white interior, porthole hardtop plus a nice convertible top. Always garaged and well maintained. Rust free. Recently serviced (tune-up, belts, hoses, etc.); ready to drive anywhere. This classic roadster is nearly all original, just a few items changed/upgraded: (1) original raven black car, re-sprayed once in black a few years ago – still looks great! (2) front power disc brakes were fitted to improve safety and drivability. (3) a 3-2bbl multi-carburetor set-up was installed to improve performance, (4) the original 3-speed manual transmission was replaced with a 4-speed transmission with a period-correct Hurst shifter.
