I am selling my 2001 Ford F250 extended cab 4x4. Recently the spark plug on the #8 cylinder blew through the coil pack and likely damaged the cylinder. This truck would make an excellent parts vehicle or a rebuild. In the past 6 months, I have replaced the following: Upper and lower ball joints, front tires (tires on rear are approximately 1 year old), fan motor, windshield, brakes including pads, rotors and one caliper, exhaust system, catalytic converter, all four shocks, and fuel filter. I purchased the truck brand new in November of 2001. It has 202,000 miles. However, 90+% of the miles were highway, as I traveled extensively for my job. The drive train system is sound as I had it serviced regularly. I only ever used synthetic oil in the engine, with high end filters. The air intake has a rechargeable K&N filter. The body has a small blemish on the passenger side of the bed on the wheel well. The rear bumper has a dent where I backed into a pole. The interior is in good condition. The wheels are chrome and still as shiny as new. The front 4 wheel hubs need to be replaced. Also there is a fault light in the airbag system. The air bag system has never been deployed.
