I am re-listing due to a almost scam to me from a *.,**..,::* from a foreign country who won it and tried scamming my bank account. Due to recent job layoff, I am selling my1978 VW westy bus camper up for sale, nice condition, solid 1800cc engine rebuilt in 2006, 30,000 miles on her now. Spring of 2010 brand new duel carb system and 009 dizzy and has a solid drive train. Great brakes and drives and shifts nice but does need a new muffler system, kinda getting louder. September 2010, 4 brand new tires and a VW dealer service Dept. professional wheel alignment . Nice interior with newer curtains and and seats and cabinetry redone. Has 2 beds, (upper and lower) sink with electric pump, 2 burner stove, dining table lots of storage cabinets and drawers. a few dings, scrapes and chips and not much rust but really needs a new shinny paint job, but looks fairly decent as she sits, always gets compliments where ever she goes! All electrical works great as well. Poptop canvas was replaced last fall. In October I installed a very nice pair of 1985 Vanagon front seats, real nice shape & very comfortable. I reduced my asking price by thousands of dollars to sell quick before harsh Wisconsin winter sets in and I no longer have the cash for storage. I reserve the right to end auction early as the bus is for sale locally. I ask a very more than fair price for this solid 1978 VW Westfalia. I also have the Westfalia side tent in very good condition that I would be willing to sell for an extra $500.00 I will work with any shipping companies of your choice if shipping is your option.
