This is a 1953 GMC bubble nose truck. Frame is there but appears to have been shortened, it's usable. The two speed rear end has dual wheels and all four tires are on the ground. The drive line is there as are the carrier bearings. It has a straight axle front end with king pins, one appears to have been replaced, both front tires (9.00x20) have use left - - but they are mounted on split rims. NO ENGINE OR TRANSMISION. Cab is in good condition for an old farm truck that has 87k showing on the speedometer IF you want to believe it! lol who cares? The inside grill mount/ fan shroud/ upper grill (GMC)/ and the bar grill is there for reconditioning. The interior of the cab looks complete, maybe a clock is missing in the middle of the dash. The drivers door is missing the door handle. Both doors are missing the trim panel although the edgeing is there. I did not find the dog house cover. There is rust in the lower rear portion of cab. This truck can not be driven. It is a 57 year old unit, so do not expect fresh shinny paint or a turn key ready to drive vehicle. It is a great candadate for mounting the cab on a late model pickup chasis. I have more pics and I am willing to send if I receive an email address. I have title in hand and the Vin #'s match.
