I have up for auction my 1966 Ford Mustang. This car runs, drives, and most importantly stops. The car has an inline six with the mileage reading 79,893. I do not know if this is the actual mileage. In the past year I have invested heavily in the car. Mechanically, I have had installed new: fuel pump, coil, plug wires, exhaust, front & rear shocks, distributor cap, rotor, condensor, and points, starter, and solenoid. The brake system has been completely redone, this includes new: soft lines, hard lines, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, master cylinder, etc. New sheet metal includes: rear quarter panel, hood, trunk, front and rear valence, and bumpers. Paint is ok. Wimbledon White in color, expect minor defects (chips, nicks, etc.). Interior is Pony Interior. It is in good shape, with the exception of the top corner of the drivers' front seat, as seen in picture (the stitching has come out in the corner). Carpet has been replaced. Headliner looks good. Some of the chrome emblems are original and some are new. All four tires are new. Car is in overall good condition. The car could use rear leaf springs (which run around $120 for the pair). The trunk lock cylinder is missing, but I have all of the other parts. The passenger side rear quarter window does not roll up and down like it should. This would be an easy fix, it needs a $2 plastic piece replaced. Email me any questions. I am happy to show the car also. Please do not send questions regarding the reserve price.
